16 May:
Arrival in Geneva, collection at the airport until 17h, transfer to the hotel near St Maurice Crillat.
Dinner and overnight stay at the Hôtel restaurant Spa de l'Abbaye (2 hameau de l’Abbaye 39150 GRANDE RIVIERE)
17 May:
7.30 - 9.00 am - Visit the Organic Comté factory in St-Maurice-Crillat (founded in 2021); the tour includes visits to the production and service facilities. We will see the Organic Comte being produced in copper cheese vats and moulded in ⌀ 650mm "bells" (for each head of cheese).
9am - 9.30 am - Tasting session. We will try Organic Comté and Organic butter produced at the factory.
