We are experts in sharing French cheesemaking technologies, helping clients to produce high-quality, exceptional cheeses. Our mission is to supply, install, and service cutting-edge French equipment and technology worldwide for hard and soft cheese production, fresh milk products and whey treatment. This includes milk reception, pasteurisation, CIP stations, cheese vats, moulding units, presses and moulds for hard and soft cheeses, cheese cutting and wrapping lines, cheese ageing rooms, climatisation systems and much more...

 

Once a year, we also organise an advanced and intensive two-week cheese-making course in English. The course, taught by top French cheese production and technology specialists, is a unique opportunity for all cheese makers to learn from the best and push their boundaries.
